PagerDuty

The PagerDuty integration allows Hightouch to notify your on-call operator about failed queries and syncs.

To setup the PagerDuty integration, you need to generate an Integration Key for your PagerDuty Service.

In your PagerDuty account, navigate to your Service and select the Integrations tab. Select "Add a new integration" and fill the form out with the following options:

Back in the Integrations tab select the Integration just created and copy it's integration key. Save this value as the PagerDuty Integration Key in your Hightouch settings.

Now when a sync attempt fails an alert will be sent to your PagerDuty service.
