SendGrid

Configuration details for the SendGrid integration.

Via the SendGrid destination, Hightouch can create and sync contacts.

Mode

Upsert

In this mode, new contacts will be inserted into SendGrid and if an existing contact already exists all designated fields will be kept up-to-date within SendGrid's lists. Upsert is currently the only mode available for use with the SendGrid destination.

This mode is good for the following scenario:

• You want to push contacts into SendGrid and want to keep the data up-to-date

Upsert has one configuration parameter:

Name	Description
Hightouch to SendGrid Field Mappings	A list of fields that will be pushed to new contacts in SendGrid. Each time a sync occurs in Hightouch these fields will be updated.

A field must be mapped to the "email" SendGrid field for the query to be successful. The email field is case sensitive
