Configuration details for the Close.io integration.

Overview

This integration allows you to sync users between your sources and Close.io.

Initial Setup

Generate a Close.io API Key under Settings > API Keys.

Syncing Close.io Objects

Hightouch supports syncing to the following Close.io objects:

• Leads

• Contacts

Sync Modes

Hightouch supports both Upsert and Update sync modes.

During Upsert mode, new objects will be inserted into Close.io and all attributes will be kept up-to-date within Close.io.

During Update mode, existing objects will be kept up-to-date however new objects will be ignored.

Record Matching

Records can be matched from your source to your Close.io workspace by any unique property.

Contacts can be matched from your source to your Close.io workspace by either email or the contact's ID.

Field Mapping

You can sync columns from your source to Close.io's default and custom fields.
